JSngry Posted April 10, 2004 Report Posted April 10, 2004 Call this Son Of Grape Ice Cream, I guess... But geez, I'd think that a cinnamon-flavored soda pop would be quite the delight. Quote
jazzbo Posted April 10, 2004 Report Posted April 10, 2004 Time for Dr. Sangrey to go on down into the root cellar and brew. . . could be your ship coming in! Quote
JSngry Posted April 10, 2004 Author Report Posted April 10, 2004 A cellar? A ROOT cellar? Dude, this is Texas, home of shifting sandy loam soil and the area that singlehandly supports the international foundation repair business. If I put in a root cellar, my crib would likely shift all the way down to Houston, where EVERYBODY'S ships would be coming in. In my front door! Quote
Jim R Posted April 10, 2004 Report Posted April 10, 2004 Cinnamon's okay (high in oxalate, though, which is... well, I won't get into that). What about licorice? Licorice ice cream's been done, but a soda might be... well... hmmm... nah, forget it. Quote
WD45 Posted April 10, 2004 Report Posted April 10, 2004 I think Moxie is abou as close as I want to get to Cinnamon soda. Quote
Joe Posted April 10, 2004 Report Posted April 10, 2004 Jim -- you'll just have to settle for a cinammon-flavored Italian soda. Quote
scottb Posted April 10, 2004 Report Posted April 10, 2004 I alway thought BIG RED was supposed to cinnamon. Quote
jazzbo Posted April 10, 2004 Report Posted April 10, 2004 Okay, the root cellar was just FIGURATIVE. Garage? Tool shed? Chicken coop? I've seen DOSE in Texas! Quote
