Morning. I came across this while I scrolling on Instagram and was shocked. I never had any impression that these two played together. Does anyone have any more info about this? Thanks.

No knowledge, but it does not surprise me.

Oscar gets knocked around a bit, which I think is basically unjustified.   The man could play with just about anyone--and he did play with people from different generations and with different styles.  For instance, he made a fine album with Freddie Hubbard.
