  4. "Wetmore" by itself isn't nearly as funny. My God... just think- he almost certainly could have chosen to go by "Richard" Wetmore, but no. He must have been home-schooled.

  18. A definite possibility. What I'm also wondering is whether you bought a new (sealed) copy of the CD, or perhaps a used copy? If it was used, someone could have switched an older disc in there. I know this was out in the mid-90's with 8 tracks, but I've forgotten if there was an earlier CD issue (under the "No Room..." title) without the bonus tracks. The issues of this material is always a confusing topic to discuss.

  23. I have... ... hmm, take what you have and multiply by about 8 or 9 (hey, KB has been just about my favorite jazz musician for almost 30 years), and you're right- you can't go wrong. B-) I'm tellin' ya- check out SOUL CALL, MOTEN SWING, and NIGHT SONG. Three of my alltime favorites that tend to get overlooked due to KB's great and prolific output (especially on Blue Note). His tone on these approaches heavenly perfection on some tracks, IMO. (For example, when I listen to "People will say we're in love" from MOTEN SWING, I crank the volume up and just sit there and dream that someday I might get a sound like that)... (and the ability to phrase like that ).
