I saw Rhoda Scott at last years Monterey Jazz Festival where she played with Houston Person-one of-if not the best-Hammond B-3 live sessions I have ever heard. IMHO, it was the highlight of the whole festival. Greezy organ and soulful tenor of Houston's-life doesn't get much better! Her Jazz in Paris cds are great-but live is where it's at! -jazzkrow (glad to be here!)
