... several years ago i moved in a new flat and the first night i played a miles davis album called round midnight (which fit to the situation). in the morning when going to work i let it on the turntable. big mistake - from this day on i was always looking where to place my hi-fi and have an eye on the SUN !!! (winter and summertime)! this record was so warped ....

there is the ronnell cd (he hold it) this is really a great cd (owned that before, but never heard of him) the paul bley title is the "footlose" one !

(question: are these titles also released as usa issues (and not jap.) ??) i picked up about 20 titles, but many many are left and still not on sale for all. if someone is looking for a special title from this series just let me know. (he offers them for prices from 5-7€). i will check the store tomorrow again ! tom

yesterday i visited my favorite 2nd hand music store in munich. this time he had about 100 titles of the savoy jazz japanese series - all sealed ! i picked up about 15 cds, so still about 80 are left. if somebody is looking for a special title out of this series, just let me know ! the price is about 5-7 € (sealed denon japan pressings)

Yes : that's what i say : after a brutal take off, those NM "heavies" have found their cruse altitude on Ebay : between 1000 and 1500 $. Of course its very high price, but I think they will not reach 2000 $ like in previous auctions. Anyway, the two have been purcahsed by a japanese dealer... You can imagine the resell price.... Roundagain, the seller, is a very honest, reliable seller and a nice person. He deserves his success. yes they (japanese dealers) are searching for rare records all the time for which private collectors are willing to pay a high price for. very often they fix the price before the record is even bought. as these collectors have no time for searching on ebay and even no time for hustling through all the processes at ebay but have good money, they commission record dealers to do that.
