  1. Drummer Roger Humphries is someone I mainly associate with some of Horace Silver's excellent Blue Note recordings of the 60's. Humphries is also on the delightful Carmell Jones album - "Jay Hawk Talk" with Jimmy Heath, Barry Harris and George Tucker.
  2. Annette Sanders is a highly interesting jazz vocalist. While the first 2 tunes were nothing really special, the rest of the album was clearly a 5 star performance.
  3. Haydn- String Quartets Op.54/1 Op.54/2 Op.54/3
  4. Brahms - Piano Quartet No.3 and Byron Janis Plays Chopin
  5. Dittersdorf String Quartet No.5 and Beethoven String Quartet Op.127
  6. I recall seeing Bill Holman lead his Big Band at the Lighthouse in Hermosa Beach, California back (roughly) 15 years ago. A wonderful musical treat. Holman was one of my favorite jazz arrangers. R.I.P.
  7. Beethoven - Piano Trio No.4,Op.11 and No.5,Op.70/1
  8. Mozart- String Quintets - K.174 & K.593
