    Art Tatum

The January 20, 1947 is Tatum's only session for RCA (as per Laubich/Spencer discography). I haven't been able to find any additional data on this session in James Lester 'Too Marvelous For Words' Tatum biography.
  3. Stuart Kremsky kindly researched Fantasy vaults for me some 12 years ago, but he was not able to find the tapes nor even a reference in the label listings.
  4. I used to be the kind of jazz freak scoring each album, artist... and making lists and rankings. Now I simply try to enjoy the music in the limited time span I can allocate to jazz... The older, the wiser!
  5. And it contains Blue Bossa and Recorda-me!!!
  6. Joe Henderson ‎– Page One (Blue Note, 1963)
  7. Yet a third similar thread: if any member has access to April/May/June, 1984 issues of US jazz magazines, I'd be very grateful if he could check concert/festival listings and reviews for me. Tete Montoliu / Bobby Hutcherson duo - unissued recording session for Fantasy Many thanks in advance Agustín
  8. Similarly to the other thread, if any member has access to September and/or October, 1979 issues of US and Canadian jazz magazines, I'd be very grateful if he could check concert/festival listings and reviews for me. I am trying the establish the exact itinerary of Tete Montoliu's US/Canada tour on such dates. Suggested itinerary - Sep&Oct 1979: (mostly trio concerts unless otherwise noted) -Monterey, Jazz Festival, (September 14) -Hermosa Beach, Lighthouse (September 15-16) -Santa Cruz, Jazz Center (several days) -Seattle, Parnell's -San Francisco, Keystone Korner (September 25-30) -Los Angeles, Contemporary Studios (October 2).
