  8. Near time re-play .... bought as new release in the late 70`s but didn`t bother too much back than .... excellent Sy Johnson arrangements and superb soloing (John Handy, Don Pullen) makes this a clear winner nowadays ....

  10. Still for me his best solo work is to be found on Kip Hanrahan`s "Desire Develops An Edge" (American Clave) from 1982 ....
  11. I`m not interested in most of the "30`s/40`s" stuff released by Mosaic, so Woody Herman wouldn`t be a seller with me neither - but obviously Mosaic had in the past a different "market perception" ....
