  1. Nah. They will.
  2. I stumbled across this site. Prior to that, hated the stuff. Wanker's music. Couldn't stay away though and now I'm like "Hello everyone, my name is Tony and..... I'm ....a wanker...."

  4. Strangely arousing. Or is it just me? Not for youngsters Here.

Well, I was going to say My Song, but like Belonging I thought I would fall foul of the pedants here as it was technically a Jarrett album. And as for Star. I going to have a listen tonight and get back to you. It won't change my mind; I love it, I just need to have some hard facts about its jazz credentials.

I do not understand what you mean by this. It must mean there was a copy of Hustler tucked into the centre pages.

Sorry mate. I don't know what came over me. You're right, I can only express my profound shame and offer unreserved apologies all around.... the cars are fantastic. Well, the old ones
  15. Moral of story: don't piss off your woman. Evidently, everyone's at it. At least this woman spat and not swallowed on this occasion.

No, what it is Che, they're American. And as Michael Moore is quick to point out (and the South Park creators too) Americans love to fight. They're at it all the time, every single one of them. Can't stop themselves. Just don't get caught in the crossfire. They don't make very good cars either. :running for cover:
  17. Hmmm...... Kenny G?

I could listen to him for a very long time, if he played more in the vein of, say, 'My Song' and 'Belonging', especially The Journey Home, on the former album. There may be more stuff out there I'm missing, but his playing on several mid-90's ECMs left me cold. That may have been due to the context he ws playing in though. I do like his tone, even though the adjectives usually used to describe it start along the lines of "icy", "sharp" or "cutting".
  19. I've got no desire, or ambition for that matter. Maybe it's because, you know, nobody needs me...
  20. Oh bugger, hang on.
  21. "..I feel so gay...in a melancholy way..." But it isn't spring, it's bloody awful outside
  22. Isn't that last scene enchanting. Just how I remember secondary school.
  23. I don't think anyone's mentioned James Baldwin's Another Country yet. There is (I think, been a while!) a reference to a few boppers in there.
  24. Roy Haynes?
  25. Yeah, the daffs are on their way. We have sme lovely snowdrops at the mo, and all of the ducks are starting to pair up for the inevitable. Thos drakes go to great lengths to 'court' the females . In a few weeks time, it'll look like a scene from Caligula out there.
