I decided to check it out to see what Greg was up to. Seems like they've got DEEP, and Kevin, and Greg all talking to themselves. Very sad. Maybe the place will build up, but I doubt it. The moderator will be on you as soon as there's the smallest sign that anyone is having fun. There's definitely a part of me that wishes those three could rejoin us all over here. That will never go away. But I do understand (intellectually anyway!) why two of them were banned. Denver will trade running back Clinton Portis to Washington Redskins in return for Champ Bailey. Portis?? Well, he was a second round draft choice and has a low salary. He has already threatened to sit out training camp. The Broncos have a great system for producing excellent running backs and were pleased with the prospects of backup running back, Griffin (forgot his first name.) He tore holes in the Indianapolis defensive line in a late season game. The Redskins have cap issues and have to get rid of Bailey. The deal has not yet been worked out because the Broncos are seeking a second round draft pick as well. Gibbs wants a bigtime running back. This deal will go through.
