years ago I was in touch with the wonderful denis charles. he sent me a cassette of a trio he led with clarence c sharpe and david hofstra (subbing for wilber morris). I felt it was too important for homeboy music and tried to interest any number of record companies in releasing the music. Sadly, no response whatsoever, so joining the enormous volume of significant music which will never see the light of day (I could give you a looooong list !)
