Grabbed the the Cecil. I couldn't pass it up. I did pass on the other zvi albums. I can't buy everything.

If Oppo was still in business making these players, I'd jump on. I don't want to get one only for it to die in a year. I'm leaning towards the Denon CD/SACD player. It looks like a solid unit and I am curious to discover the world of SACD. The Sony player mentioned up-thread looks interesting! It doesn't have a standard audio out, though.

Is it worth spending 2000 to get SACD playback? Does SACD have any fans here?
-
Is it possiblet to get great sound from a CD player without an external DAC? Is a CD player with a built in DAC at 2 grand a waste of cash?
-
I've been looking at the Denon CD/SACD player but I've never heard an SACD. The Marantz is very well regarded and I always have liked NAD. Thanks!
-
Do you have one? I am in the market for a new player. Thanks!

Liking this interpretation. The glass is half full!

Yes! Not an AI image https://mackavenue.com/collections/strata-east I'll stop making fun of them now. I just have to say that I really loved their last release

There's another reissue limited to 2000 copies. Set to be released on Juneteenth RSD

It was a real nice touch to dedicate the winter in america reissue to Spiro Agnew. I know Gil would have loved that.
-
It might go beautifully with their upcoming winter in america reissue on limited star spangled vinyl. Special liner notes by critics Jared Taylor and David Duke!
-
I got doubles of all of the vinyl, but who came up with this? I heard they're making a make strata east great again shirt next.
-
Did anyone get the vinyl? Is it a good pressing?
-
The label told me these are needle drops.

Is the legacy over already? I haven't heard about anything new coming out. Is there a second wave of releases on the way?
