I have a CDr copy of Anthony Braxton Quartet (Santa Cruz) 1993 that I bought from Gerry Hemingway when the album was OOP.  US addresses only though.

2 - Howard Sounes:  Down the Highway, the Life of Bob Dylan.  Widely recognized as the best Dylan bio.  This is an extra copy.
