jazzbo Posted August 18, 2005 Report Posted August 18, 2005 The Connoisseur set might also include a few tracks from the Japanese cd "From Hackensack to Englewood Cliffs"? Quote
Chuck Nessa Posted August 18, 2005 Report Posted August 18, 2005 The Connoisseur set might also include a few tracks from the Japanese cd "From Hackensack to Englewood Cliffs"? ← Left out of the first session listed disco is Zonky. IIRC, From Hackensack to Englewood Cliffs included the first session plus 2 previously unissued tracks from a couple of weeks later. Quote
Man with the Golden Arm Posted August 18, 2005 Report Posted August 18, 2005 ...those being "Uptight" and Cry Me A River". ? was there a cut on that 'Lost Sessions' Connoisseur that was a 45 as well ? Quote
Brad Posted August 18, 2005 Report Posted August 18, 2005 There's actually 3 cuts from that session, For All We Know, I See Your Face Before Me and Sweet Summer, all recorded on June 26, 1960. Personnel: Quebec (ts) Duke Pearson (p) Israel Crosby (b) and Vernel Fournier (ds) Quote
