The lost sessions

I wonder if the material on this sampler is released somewhere else in the meantime.

Especially the three tunes Duke Pearson did together with Ike Quebec are great.

Those tunes, no, I don't believe so, but some of the other tracks have been issued as bonus tracks - the Rouse, for example, later added to Bossa Nova Bacchanal. The Herbie was on the Sixties box set first, I think.

I'm pretty sure the two Mike mentions are the only ones so far. The Fred Jackson track could have fit on the reissue of Hootin' And Tootin', but it didn't happen.

The Dexter/Stitt track was on the Gordon Blue Note box set.

Right! It is mentioned that these two tracks are issued before. But all others appeared never on other reissues since this sampler is oop, I guess.
