This has been going on for a few weeks now.

I'm going back and forth between threads and all of a sudden I'm logged off. Totally. I go back to the page from whence I came and I'm logged on. Go back to where I wanted to go in the first palce and sometimes I'm still logged on, sometomes off. Close the window, reopen it, and I'm logged on. Always. But do I stay logged on for every navigation? Not always. No rhyme or reason to any of this, no patterns, no predictability.

Anybody else having this happen to them?

I had similar problems when I first started using Safari and OS10 in my iBook, but after futzing with cookies and bookmarks for a while I managed to avoid reoccurance. . . .

With I.E. I have a similar Jim describes not on Organissimo but at Jazz Corner. Organissimo is cool.

On Mozilla Organissimo never fully loads.

Oh yeah - when I do the exit/re-enter thing, I'm logged in, but the cookie seems to logs me in from an earlier visit. Fora that have been fully read now show as having new items posted since my "last visit".

Yet...

Threads that had been read before the snafu still show as having been read.

Weird...

I have the issue with another forum, running phpBB but here everything works fine. On the other forum, it'll show that I'm not logged in (even though I told it to keep me logged in) and then if I try to reply to a topic, instead of loading the log-in screen, it reloads and starts me on the main page of the forums, but this time I'm logged in.

Really weird.

It must be some kind of cookie issue... I don't think it has to do with this board's software.
