Spontooneous Posted January 14, 2006 Report Posted January 14, 2006 (edited) "All the materials in the JazzMeBlues projects are available for distribution through the Internet according to license # 341 – AVI 29/04/2004 of the ASDAC and the Internet Society. Under the license terms, ASDAC pays license fees for all the materials subject to the Law of the Republic of Moldova "On Copyright and Related Rights". " Anybody else have the suspicion that Moldovan copyright law is kinda like the Liberian law for licensing oil tankers? Edited January 14, 2006 by Spontooneous Quote
Claude Posted January 14, 2006 Report Posted January 14, 2006 This is the same legal grey zone that the russian mp3 stores exploit, by using radio licenses to sell mp3s. It's highly doubtful that they are authorized to sell music outside the country. Quote
