Please help me find the name of this song, I've scoured the net trying to figure it out but I'm just going crazy. It was a background song to a Meet Audrey video I came across.

Can't name the song, but it sounds like John Lee Hooker.

I think it's by St.Germaine and claims to sample a Miles and John Lee Hooker cut from the soundtrack of the film The Hot Spot. However there's no Miles to be heard, just John Lee. I can't remember the song title but when i get back to my office in a couple of days I think I can look it up.

Well, that's Moanin' and Groanin' from Hooker

kinda put in a blender methinks...It's available, I think,

on the Hot Spot soundtrack as just Moanin'

edit: i should say that it samples a track from the Hot Spot

Anyway, Chas is probably right - maybe she be spamin'

I came across the vid during my porn browsing and the song really caught my ear.

No no, no spammin. Just coincidence this being my first post and all. I came across this rather large forum and figured you knowledgable people would know the answer to this problem.

You can find this tune on the CD "Tourist" of St. Germain (click on the link). On the cover, the title is Sure Thing.

The original is what rostasi said : John Lee Hooker (taken from the soundtrack to "Hot Spot", by M. Davis, J.L. Hooker, A. Cooper, T. Mahal and R. Rogers).

That's a great album of electro-jazz, pure "French touch", really interesting. That's a real pleasure to listen this album in my car while driving in Paris .

Do yourselves a favor and pick this up !
