Jim Alfredson
An amazing experience, for sure (Shur) and even better due to Ron's enormous help and his family making us feel like part of the family. It'll take awhile for all this to sink in.

Jim Alfredson
I told my wife I expect a pie to be ready, sitting on the counter for me after every gig. I slept on the couch.

Soulstation1
the main question how many cheesesteaks did you guys consume?
Jim Alfredson
I was the only band member to have a cheesesteak. Ron actually had two over the course of our stay. I just had one. I did have a Philly hoagie, though. I think that was even better than the cheesesteak. I would've tried other cheesesteaks, but Leslie fed us like kings and there was no reason to eat out! Soulstation1
did you guys hit up geno's or pats?
Jim Alfredson
We went to the Redding Terminal and I had a cheesesteak at Rick's. Then we hit some little joint a few days later in Mt. Airy and that's where I had the hoagie. Damn, that was one helluva sammich.
Ron S
Rick's is part of the Oliveri cheese steak dynasty, founded by the legendary Pat.
