I don't have the DVD, but I have the Fillmore 2CD set - listening to it now, actually! Great stuff. Anyone who likes the original Band of Gypsys album, should get all of this stuff. A related album from Dagger Records worth checking out is the "Baggy's Rehearsal Sessions" which is a lot of jamming that the band did a couple of weeks before the Fillmore shows. Quote

J Larsen Posted October 17, 2006 Report Posted October 17, 2006 I wouldn't be without that DVD, but it is my least favorite of the legit Hendrix dvds out there. The music is great, but it has the worst video quality of the bunch. Sometimes that's sort of cool in its own way, but I prefer the videos where you can really see his technique (the two-disc version of the Woodstock dvd is great for that). Quote
