Alexander Hawkins Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 Would be great if this were the start of a trend of ICP reissues! Not holding my breath, however... Quote
Kalo Posted February 24, 2007 Report Posted February 24, 2007 Looking at that personnel list makes me drool... I'm going to have to get this one. Quote

Eloe Omoe Posted March 1, 2007 Author Report Posted March 1, 2007 Can anybody read Italian? Yes - but I couldn't find information about this CD on their website... I happen to know the guy at Imprint. If anyone is interested in obtaining this CD, please pm me and I'll try to get any relevant info from him. luca Quote
clifford_thornton Posted March 1, 2007 Report Posted March 1, 2007 This is one I don't have. Not too much ICP material has been reissued; I think there was something about Mengelberg not wanting to revisit "the old music" or some such. Couple that with the falling out he and Breuker had (Breuker's address was the one you saw on original pressings), and it's not likely to happen any time soon. Corbett had inquired about this very subject for potential UMS release a few years ago, and it wasn't gonna happen... Quote

This one has been "easier" to get reissued, as far as I know, since it wasn't an all-original ICP production (it came out on adLib, a small label run by Roberto Masotti, a well-known photographer often associated with ECM). Anyway, it's a very good record, and great fun. luca Quote
clifford_thornton Posted March 4, 2007 Report Posted March 4, 2007 Masotti's photos are something. Thanks for the insight. Quote
