Looks like the Mingus tribute is all day Sunday, April 22nd (his birthday). from mingusmingusmingus.com: "WKCR (88.9FM) in New York: 24 hours of Mingus music, part of the station's Birthday Broadcast tradition. 12AM through 12PM. Primarily hosted by Phil Schaap." Duke Ellington's birthday broadcast will be on the 29th. Andrew Hill is on Monday. First, if he doesn't make a dime that's his business, not ours. Interesting to know but not important in the end. Second, I'd say if he doesn't know something he'll imagine it and present it as fact.
