Cobb suffered the sophomore slump last year, and when they signed Avon Cobourne he became expendable. But today the Als announced that he had re-signed for another two years. GA Russell Posted April 19, 2011 Author Report Share Posted April 19, 2011 (edited) On Thursday the league announced four rule changes: 1) No blocking below the waist on forward passes completed beyond the scrimmage line. 2) More use of replay in control central. 3) On punts exiting the field between the 20s, the receiving team will have different options. 4) A player pushed out of bounds by an opponent may return to the field. I'm opposed to that last one.
