Argos defensive coordinator Tim Burke has suddenly resigned for personal reasons, so Scott Milanovich has immediately named Casey Creehan to replace him.

I think that Creehan is the most controversial CFL coach that I can remember. A very large percentage of those who have an opinion think that he is terrible.

Each team announced its first round of cuts yesterday. Obviously, what I reported last week about there being only one round of cuts was incorrect. Those looking for work now include Alex Suber, Jabari Arthur and Tino Sunseri. I'm surprised to see that the Ticats suspended CJ Gable.
