They frequently have great sales, and I've shopped there for over 15 years and never had a problem with a return or anything else. If they run their mailorder like they run their store, you have nothing to worry about- they are a reputable and reasonable merchant(and their prices are wayyyy better than Tower!) I had never heard of them before, and it's always nice to have some indication of what to expect before placing an order with an online merchant.
