All stay on standard time year round. Daylight-saving time returns on April 4. DOES THIS MEAN ARIZ. IS ALWAYS AN HOUR OFF w/ CALI AND WA STATE AND STUFF HALF OF THE YEAR?>>???!?? I DONT GET IT....
