IIRC, they use an .amz file that needs their manager to open. Quote
GA Russell Posted October 16, 2008 Report Posted October 16, 2008 Yes I did, CW. My choice was between Windows XP & Vista, Mac OSX and Linux. So I downloaded the Windows XP version, and it's not working. That's why I thought that the problem might be caused by my using Windows 2000. Quote
