The President's bus?

Today I was driving south on I-95 below I-40 about 2:50 pm, and I was passed by a large bus that had on its side "The United States of America" and a seal which appeared to me to be the Presidential seal. On the back of the bus it said "Motorcoach One".

This was immediately followed by a large bus with the word "Winn" painted on its side and back. For the secret service agents, maybe?

So a company can legally paint up a bus to make it look like something official for the President?

Does this mean we can all paint our cars up with the local PD colors and gear of choice and say it's all just for fun?
