Peter Friedman Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 I just acquired a copy of the cd "Brother Jack Meets The Boss" on Prestige. All the information on the back, the booklet, and the cd itself list 6 tracks. But when I played the CD this morning I discovered there was a 7th track that was a ballad. I checked LORD and saw that the same recording session produced a track titled "Ballad For Baby" not listed anywhere on the cd or packaging. It therefore seems highly likely that "Ballad For Baby" is the unlisted track 7. Wonder what happened that this error took place? Quote
Chuck Nessa Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 My copy of the cd (OJC-326) lists Ballad for Baby as a bonus track. They probably found the track and forgot to tell the art department. Subsequent printings were corrected. Quote
bertrand Posted February 26, 2010 Report Posted February 26, 2010 Who is the composer of this piece? Bertrand. Quote
The Magnificent Goldberg Posted February 26, 2010 Report Posted February 26, 2010 "Ballad for baby" was originally issued on "Soul summit" vol 2 - PR7275 MG Quote
