Freddie Hubbard "Gettin' It Together"

Do anyone know the full details about this CD (Collectables COL-CD 6129), only ones listed is Hubbard, Fuller and Lateef, unknown Piano, bass and drums and no recording date (maybe 1961). Curtis Fuller is heavyly featured, could it be a session of his ? and 4 of the 7 tracks are written by him. Can't find anything in the usual sources.
