Iskra - Swedish improv (not Rutherford et al)

Just wondering whether anyone's familiar with this band?

Online sources intrigue with mentions of "plenty of space for tonally free passages, rhythmic interplay using percussion and noise instruments," and "humoristic interludes and siren calls from Asian cultures". which let's face it could sound marvellous or a helluva mess.

Any thoughts/guidance/clues from those who have listened to them much appreciated?

Yeah, I have the 2LP on Caprice and Allemansratt - nice records when found for cheap, but I don't spin them often. I actually prefer the Forkladd Gud LP on Caprice, which has a similar vibe. The text you cite above is pretty accurate.

See if you can find the Sounds - Contemporary Swedish Improvised Music set on Blue Tower. It's well worth it for hearing some of these obscure noise/experimental/aleatory Swedish groups.

I have 3 of their records....if you can find them cheap they are certainly worth hearing. It won't blow you away, but interesting records for sure.
