He was super popular in Australia, amongst the bourbon drinking, bong smoking, laid back biker set, at a time when that kind of swampy Blues -Rock was almost mainstream out here. Must have sold a truckload of albums around these parts in the 70's -early Eighties. That kind of stuff now makes up the Baby Boomer Blues and Roots festivals around the country. Quote
