He and Steve Barri wrote many hits of the '60s, my favorite being Secret Agent Man. Sloan was neither Skip nor Flip. Skip was Skip Battin, later a session musician, and a member of the Byrds. Flip was Gary Paxton, later a songwriter/producer. Quote
