HutchFan Posted May 6, 2024 Report Posted May 6, 2024 Now: Debussy: Images; Études / Pierre-Laurent Aimard (Warner Classics) Earlier: Charles Ives: Radical in a Suit and Tie: Premiere Recording (Él/Cherry Red) All three of these premieres are very strong, idiomatic performances. Especially Masselos' reading of Ives' First Piano Sonata, which remains among the finest ever (imo). Quote
