McMillan acknowledges Perchard's work, but says there is still scope for a second biography. Tom Perchard, incidentally, posts here occasionally under the name of Umum Cypher and kindly acknowledged my thanks after I'd read his book. P.S. I wonder if either author ever saw Lee play. I did!!! Referentzhunter Posted November 3, 2019 Report Posted November 3, 2019 (edited) Classic Autechre There shall be never another 'Autechre'. Utterly fascinating ! How is it possible to make music that gives a totally 'cold' but also 'warm, emotional, expressive and feeling' at it at the same time. It is like robots trying to express or more explore their emotions to us. UNIQUE, a unique style (genre) that should never be forgotten. Edited November 3, 2019 by Referentzhunter Quote
