What's up there? There seems to have been two Costas, thoughtful pop and schlocky pop.

An interesting recording where all the tunes were originally by Serge Charloff.

I listened to this 2 LPs on one cd Impulse release that has gathered dust too long.

I love Gonsalves. The first LP has him with Rolf Ericson, Johnny Hodges, Ray Nance and whoever set the tempos really chose some intriguing ones that led to steady slow grooves.
