Depends - some people read a book there. I used to when I was a kid and wanted a bit of peace & quiet.

One thing I ALWAYS liked about visiting America was how nice and clean the public toilets are. It's America's greatest contribution to world civilisation. So long as you don't let too many Britons in the country. Ours are shitholes and pissholes for the most part. There are exactly two in Cardiff that aren't.

Actually, there are a few, but only two - in shopping malls - are usable by decent citizens. We're so behind the times we still have shopping malls in town centres instead of just out in the sticks.
