Shipping Time from the UK?

I figured people here have often ordered from the UK and may have some insight.  I ordered something that was shipped on January 6th.  The seller has offered a refund or replacement.  I'd like a replacement but don't want to end up receiving it twice.  Is the first shipment likely to show up at this point?

I used to shipping the other way from USA to UK and 3-4 weeks isn’t uncommon. I’d probably give it another week

I order from some of the big UK sellers (usually rarewaves these days, oxfordshire and some others frequently in the past) through ebay fairly often, and find usual 2-3 weeks, sometimes a little quicker, seldom slower.  That being said, I agree give it another week if the seller is reputable.
