The sources you normally quote attack the press on a regular basis. They're labeled "fake news", "lame-stream media" and "the enemy of the people," etc. All in the name of fostering mistrust in our institutions.

When only 26% have a favorable view of the media, that means a hell of a lot of leftists and centrists don't have a favorable view themselves.

As such, and I hate to be this proactive but why not, it also seems like a good point to lock the thread and send all parties with an opinion to their own corners to leave it their.
