gvopedz Posted October 31, 2025 Report Posted October 31, 2025 Listening to music releases endorphins, which are natural pain relievers and mood regulators. It triggers dopamine, the so-called “feel-good” hormone connected to pleasure, memory and cognition. Dub Modal Posted October 31, 2025 Report Posted October 31, 2025 There was an article recently about the positive effects of music in prevention/treatment of dementia as well. Music- it's good for you in more ways than one! Quote
