I know that there are other jazz journalists and broadcasters here. 

I talked to to bassist Harvie S last week for publication in the April issue of The New York City Jazz Record.

This afternoon I talked to the founder of the Turtle Island Quartet, violinist/composer David Balakrishnan. This interview will be edited for broadcast on my Timeless Jazz show, likely to air on February 15th, prior to the band's February 24th concert here.

Awesome, and a great idea.

I'm a little bit out of the loop as far as jazz journalism these days and a lot depends on what I figure out for my next book projects (I have some ideas at least). There is one project already semi-in-the-works but details are a bit embargoed.

Anyway, the next interview I do I'll be sure to inform people of in this space.
