I believe that this was only issued as an lp in the USA by World Pacific Records/Pacific Jazz #52 in 1962

Looks like from your source that it has been issued as a TOCJ ?

Indeed issued as a Japanese TOCJ cd in the beginning of the 90's and long OOP of course. I'm looking for it as well (for ages I might add, never seen on Ebay as well).

What other TOCJ's were in that series? Do you happen to have a list? Hard to believe that Fischer title has been floating around (though in scant numbers, I'm sure) all these years. That geocities link above has some other interesting titles, too — namely TKCB 70387:
