Organissimo reviewed on AAJ!

10 posts in this topic

Hi guys,

After that little back and forth with AAJ, Michael Ricci and I have sorted things out and became friends. He's a cool dude. Anyway, I sent a couple discs for review and the result is the following.... a nice little writeup I think.

AAJ Review of Waiting For The Boogaloo Sisters

Yep, not bad. Some of those other releases looked interesting as well. Especially the one with Dave Stryker. :tup

But.... Peter Goldstein????? :rfr:rfr:rfr:lol:

Haha! I didn't even notice that! How funny. Reminds me of what Bill Heid used to call Larry Goldings and Peter Bernstein: Larry Youngings and Grant Greenstein!!!

I emailed C. Michael Bailey. Here's his response:

Boy, I have got to correct that.  That is a funny error and Larry Goldings is exactly who I was thinking about.  So much for Quality Assurance.

Regards,

Michael

It's amazing how many organ dates there are these days. I didn't count the reviews, but it seemed like a half dozen at least. Nice to see the organ getting some review space that hefty! Congrats Organissimo! :D
