Does anyone have a copy of this second edition that they would like to sell? Steve's music has always been an inspiration, and am hoping that his ideas can stimulate some new directions in my own playing. romualdo Posted July 24, 2020 Report Share Posted July 24, 2020 (edited) I almost picked up a copy (book & CDs, 2nd edition) in the '00s. IIRC Cadence (Klompfoot) music used to stock it.
