Kevin Bresnahan Posted May 11, 2006 Report Share Posted May 11, 2006 Rip it to your hardrive using any tool you want (I prefer EAC) and then open the .wav file with Audcity, a freeware program from www.download.com. (maybe title it differently) then ... "command i" for track "info" choose "options" and play with the start and stop times in that window. if the silence is at the end your set with just one tweak ( i use this to shave down tracks when time is an issue on packing a disc or to get rid of a pop at the start of a vinyl ripped dub)) but if it is the middle somewhere then you need to do the voodoo on the two separate tracks and link them together when you burn.
