You'd probably get much better results with a random orbital sander. Porter-Cable makes the most popular and best-rated. If this is something you're going to be doing repeatedly, it's probably worth the investment. You might also want to check out the Dremel detail sander kits for getting those little hard-to-reach places and edges. Just a thought.

Anybody else having Queue Gremlin problems? I had about 29 items in my queue, and right now a list of only 7 (from various places in the original ist) is showing up. I'm hoping this is a temporary problem--I'd hate to have to reassemble that list again.
