  1. Pulled this one to listen to more from pianist Wade Legge. He only plays on 2 tunes, but sounds good. Though Lars Gullin is primarily known as a baritone sax player, he also plays alto sax on a number of tracks here.
  2. Cover is misleading. There is no harp on this CD. The trio is piano , guitar, and bass.
  3. Pulled this off the shelf to especially listen to pianist Wade Legge who plays on 3 tunes with Bags and Lucky Thompson, Wendell Marshall and Kenny Clarke
  4. Oscar Peterson Trio - The Vienna Concert - November 9, 1968
  5. The two that particularly stand out for me are the Barry Harris and the Al Cohn sessions both on Xanadu.
  6. Beethoven - Op.18/5 - Georg Schumann - Cello Sonata Op.19
  7. Disc 2 - String Quartets No.4, Op.137 and No.8, Op.192,3
  8. Thanks Chuck. It is always interesting to me to discover why certain very good jazz musicians disappeared from the scene. This inspires me to pull out the recording I have by Wade Legge.
