The Smiths – Strangeways, Here We Come (Rough Trade, 1987)
Back in those days, I was eagerly waiting for any new material from The Smiths.
'The Queen Is Dead' (1986) was simply great and 'Strangeways...', if not their best album, reasonably maintained the good level, keeping also the lighter approach while leaving aside the somehow depressive mood of their first recordings. Morrissey was (is) a character!
