    Likely the best Dvorak 9 ever .... has to be the japanese Blu-spec edition as the transfer is worlds apart from the "Ancerl Gold" edition .... Btw can be obtained for rather little money via cdjapan http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/product/COCO-73271

    Gorgeous .... recorded during the orchestra`s so called golden age (under the reign of Karel Ancerl) in 1967 the invite of Paul Kletzki resulted in a perfect coupling .... the orchestra is outstanding, but the woodwind section is nothing short of sensational ....
