  3. On the days when I am working at home, when I get one of the spam calls that begins with a piano note, I hit the same note on the piano. The spammer says "hello" and I just hit the note again.
  4. Thanks for this. I never knew much about Eddie Costa, and just looked him up on Wiki. I know him primarily from Mundell Lowe's TV Action Jazz, which was one of the first "jazz" albums I ever heard, thanks to my Dad. I always loved his solo on "M Squad."
  5. Do you mean that between 4:50 and 6 pm you will give a presentation on jazz research, or that you will be giving a presentation on all jazz research that was conducted during a 70-minute period that day?
  6. Does anyone know what the relationship was like between the father-in-law and son-in-law?
  7. Les Baxter - Sadismo More of a mondo film than a horror/supernatural film, but stylistically, it fits the bill.
  8. Yes, this is on deck for next weekend!!!
  9. Stelvio Cipriani - Twitch of the Death Nerve, aka Bay of Blood I love that font that was used on 70s Italian movie posters. Anyone know what it is called?
  10. A cheap 2019 California Cab called Josh.
  11. He always struck me as kind of a poor man's Carey Grant. I need to re-watch Dial 'M' for Murder.
  12. No. I was mixing it up with The Lost Weekend. But he did have very positive things to say about X. Sorry. Carry on.
  13. Just found this vid of the Dudley Moore Trio playing a Bossa version of the Bedazzled theme. This arrangement, more or less, was used in the film for the Lillian Lust character, played by Raquel Welch, and was included on the LP under the title "Lillian Lust." The audio quality is great.
  14. Goblin DRG comps, volumes 2 through 4.
  15. Ray Milland thought it was his greatest role. I would classify it as a very good film for connoisseurs of the AIP/Hammer genres.
  16. Thanks! I checked and I don't have this.
  17. Les Baxter - X: The Man with the X-Ray Eyes
  18. Les Baxter - Baron Blood What era is that from? I don't think I have it!
  19. DUDZIAK!!!
  20. I listen to all three volumes. I find them great when I'm working. That first track on Volume 1, that I posted above, is like proto-Kraftwerk.
